Settle isn’t in my vocabulary 🤭

Life is big and beautiful and gets to be so good. Knowing yourself deeply is the first step to finding your happiness. Happiness doesn’t come from a partner, it comes from yourself. To be able to share happiness and this beautiful life with a partner is a goal. For now I fill my own cup, fill my time with things that fill me and surround myself with top notch humans.

Side quest queen 👑

Life is way more fun when you fill it with little adventures. Gosh I even keep myself on my toes and wonder how I even end up in some of these situations.

I used to plan out my travels so intensely. How many miles I’d be driving, the camp site I’d be sleeping at, the hikes I would do. Since letting that go, I started what I call leaving room for magic. Going into things with an idea but no timeline or plan. You never know who you’re going to meet, what you might get invited to do or where you’ll end up. Creating space to let the flow of life take over has been the best mindset shift I’ve ever made!

2026 Schedule + Teachers!!!!

The 2026 outdoor yoga season is about to kick off and here is some of what you can expect! New classes and offerings are always being added so keep your eyes out and start reserving your spots!

A BIG change this year. Bend parks and rec is not giving out permits for Drake Park so we have a new weekly yoga spot at Millers Landing! A couple new collaborations and ones you all know and love!!

If you’re in Bend Oregon you won’t want to miss all of these beautiful opportunities to practice yoga outside.

A 2026 update at the end 👀

It’s been an EPIC year at Do Yoga Outside. The retreat I taught in February was a business retreat run by I taught yoga, meditations, breathwork and art. All while making power moves with 20 other women in business. At this retreat I wrote in my journal “I want to travel more, I want to be working gigs that support me seeing new places, I want a steady river of income, I want to make money easier than having to sell and market every single ticket for every single event”. It shocking to look back and see how all my hard work has created just that, less than one year since writing those words.

Life is what you make it. So keep building, exploring and creating the life that brings yourself the most happiness. Connecting to presence, community, nature and self along the way 🤭🫠

How does one even have enough brain space to store all these memories I get to make 🥹

We’re just about halfway through the month and I’ve explored some incredible places. I’ve been alone and I’ve been with people I love!

I had never been to the Grand Canyon before. I arrived at dark and watched the sun light up the depths of the cliffs so gradually.

There have been hard days and hard experiences. I found someone’s su***de note on BLM land as I was cleaning up trash and spent the morning with the police.

I’ve watched every sunrise and every sunset and so many shooting stars.

I’ve talked to strangers. The guy at Ace Hardware took his break to help me fix the top of my little porch.

Magic is all around us. I feel so privileged to get to experience this part of my life so fully. Every day is an opportunity to learn more and connect deeply with myself and the world around me.

30 and no home, still happier than I’ve ever been 🤭

There are so many reasons that I love my truck camper home. I can stay in remote places with the resources I have for 2+ weeks. Having most of the luxuries of a home but in the middle of the woods or just on the road. Spending way less money than I ever have a month. Traveling and experiencing life more than I ever have.

There are the downsides that come with it but these outweigh every single one. The downsides include doing dishes in here, having to go to a laundromat, sometimes it can be isolating to not be understood and dumping my tanks.

There’s nothing better than having a camera that can capture all my solo adventures. If you’re not documenting in .5 you should probably give it a try!!

Clean your camera lenses 😉
Turn on .5
Flip your camera so you can’t see your phone, just the lenses
Trust that the angle is wide enough to capture everything you want

Teaching yoga for Subaru 👀🤭

This is my third event teaching for Subaru and my first ever being flown across the country. I love this event because of the connection. I’m not coming to simply teach yoga. I’m coming to meet people, to hold space, to make them feel seen and taken care of. I’m supporting the team of humans that work to make this experience so special.

I feel so lucky for this opportunity. I feel so lucky to be doing this work and building this business.
