"Knowing you're not alone helps us get the right information, the evidence-based knowledge, and really helps us thrive."

Board Certified OB-GYN & Hormone Expert, Dr. Tracy Verrico has been in practice long enough to know this isn't just a feeling. It's a fact.

That's exactly why this community exists. Not just to gather women in a room, but to connect them to experts who actually listen, and to each other. Because the second you realize someone else has been through what you've been through, something shifts.

Thank you, Dr. Tracy Verrico, for showing up on and saying what so many women needed to hear.

Save this. Share it with a woman who needs the reminder.

Five years ago, we asked a simple question: what would happen if women had a space where every dimension of their health was taken seriously?

This is what happened.

You finished your matcha. You booked the massage. You said yes to the bath bomb.
And none of that told you your ferritin was low.

Part 2 of self-care that isn't hype is here and it does not play around. Pelvic floor PT. Iron levels. Bone density. Sleep. Blood pressure at home. Mental health check-in.

Six things and all of them matter. Start with one or create and annual check list. As long as you take the first step. Save this one and share with a friend!

Massages. Manis. Matcha. A slow morning with your favorite coffee. We love all of it.
Self-care absolutely can be all these things.
But 1 in 2 women in the US report skipping a doctor’s appointment, and that number tells a story we think about a lot.

So this one is for the practical stuff. The appointments. The numbers. The things that do not show up in a wellness aesthetic but genuinely change outcomes.

Swipe through and send this to a friend who is overdue for a checkup.

We talk a lot about the major achievements and issues with women’s health but for Women’s Health Week, Let’s Talk is taking it back to basics.

The basics aren’t boring but they are harder to do than they look. If you’re having trouble staying consistent, give yourself some grace, we’re all in the same boat.

Sleep. Water. Movement. Stress. Food. Check-ups.

Six things. One week. Most of us are still not doing them consistently and that’s where it actually counts.

Swipe to the habit tracker, screenshot it, and give yourself one real week. Not perfect. Just consistent. Tag a friend who’s been saying they want to feel better. Do it together or hold yourself accountable...then share your progress! We love to hear from you.

The news cycle this week is full of women’s health stories that deserve more than a scroll-past.

PCOS has a new name. Most women don’t know they’re at higher risk for Alzheimer’s. At-home cervical cancer screening is now a reality. And still, the majority of women are putting their own health last.

We’re watching, reading, and paying attention so you don’t have to do it alone. This is what’s happening right now, and all of it matters.

Save this post. Share it with someone who needs it.

partnered with Let’s Talk for a recent giveback event.

Lingua Franca has been part of every Let’s Talk symposium since the very beginning. Founder, Deb Belfatto, has worn one every single year, and the meaning behind every stitch has always felt so aligned with what Let’s Talk is building. Having them join us as we step into our fifth year felt like a true full circle moment.
