Just effective combos that keep me lean, strong, and feeling good in my body. ✨

These are the exact combos I repeat at home over and over because they work:

• Reverse Lunge → Bicep Curl
• Squat → Shoulder Press
• RDL → High Pull
• Curtsy Lunge → Leg Lift
• Step-Up → Knee Drive
• Standing Kickback Pulses

40 sec work / 20 sec rest
3–4 rounds

Consistency > perfection. Every single time.
