🤩New Class🤩
6/4 Thursday evening @ 6 pm, our strength training class this week will focus on functional fitness, specifically targeting 💪🏻Arms and Abs 💪🏻. The class will consist of 4 sets of 4 exercises, with 2 cycles per set and 40 seconds of exercise followed by 15 seconds of rest. Hope to see you there!
