Dear Acupressure Friend,

Know anyone with wrist pain? Even if you don’t, it can hamper your life if you ever have a problem with your wrist joint, including carpal tunnel.

The best points for preventing and relieving wrist pain are four finger widths from your wrist crease, in between the two bones on both the inside and outside of your forearm.

Use your fingers on one side and your thumbs on the other to squeeze firmly into these points as you breathe deeply for a few minutes. If your hand gets tired of squeezing, ease up and relax it for a couple minutes. Then come back to pressing the points again.

Hold the points with firm compression for at least two minutes at a time. Be persistent and press these points 3 to 5 times a day for best results.
