BEWARE!! If you're taking vitamin D without K2....

“Why did my pain come back after the injection?” 🤔

Because injections often calm the *symptom*… but not the *cause*.

Steroid injections can reduce inflammation and temporarily decrease pain, which is why many people feel relief at first. But if the body is still moving with compensation patterns, muscle imbalance, tension, or joint instability, the stress that created the pain is still there.

So what happens?
➡️ The pain relief wears off
➡️ The body continues compensating
➡️ The irritation returns
➡️ Another injection is recommended

For some people, injections absolutely have their place. But relying on them alone without correcting the underlying dysfunction can become a temporary cycle instead of a long-term solution.

Pain is communication. Your body is telling you something isn’t functioning well.

That’s why my work focuses on helping the body move better, stabilize properly, and release the patterns that continue feeding the pain cycle.

Why does physical therapy sometimes fail? 🤔

Because too often, the focus is only on strengthening or stretching the area that hurts… without addressing "why" the pain pattern developed in the first place.

If the body has been compensating for months or years, those patterns become automatic. Muscles guard. Movement changes. The nervous system adapts. And simply exercising the painful area may not be enough to break the cycle.

That’s why some people finish weeks of PT and still say:
➡️ “It still hurts.”
➡️ “The pain came right back.”
➡️ “I got stronger, but not better.”

Pain is rarely just about weak muscles.

Sometimes it’s about compensation patterns, restricted tissue, overworked stabilizers, poor movement habits, or a nervous system stuck in protection mode.
