What dream have you quietly talked yourself out of?

Not because you didn’t want it badly enough…
but because life slowly convinced you it wasn’t realistic, safe, possible, or meant for you.

Painful experiences have a way of narrowing our vision over time.

We stop exploring.
We stop trusting ourselves.
We stop fully investing in the things that light us up.

And before we know it, we are repeating life instead of creating it.

This month inside Monthly Reset, we are exploring CREATE — reconnecting with creativity, possibility, distinctiveness, agency, and the part of ourselves that still imagines something more.

I’ll also be sharing the story of the Jamaican bobsled team — one of my favorite reminders that extraordinary things often begin long before there is evidence they can happen.
