Tonight’s wellness practice: LOOK UP. ✨

The Perseid Meteor Shower is giving us a pretty good reason to step away from the screens, head outside, find a little darkness, and just be still for a while.

Give your eyes time to adjust. Breathe in the night air. Watch the sky. Let yourself feel small in the best possible way.

Wellness doesn’t always have to be something you do. Sometimes it’s simply making space for awe, quiet, and wonder. 🌙☄️

If you catch a shooting star tonight, make a wish for good measure. ✨

🌿 Wellness can be as simple as stepping outside.
As we celebrate Wellness Month, take a few minutes to enjoy a walk through Bloomfield. Walking supports more than just your physical health, add in the fresh air, natural light, and a change of scenery and you are giving your mind and a much-needed reset and boost. So....
Step outside
☀️ Get a little sunlight
🚶 Move your body
🌳 Notice your surroundings
💙 Support your mental well-being
🏘️ And enjoy the community around you

You don’t always have to create some complicated wellness routine—sometimes it's as easy as simply getting outside and taking a walk through your own hometown. Shout out to Bloomfield Main Street for the video and encouraging our community to support Wellness Locally.

Summer vacation is getting close to winding down, schedules will soon be changing, mornings are getting earlier, and that familiar back-to-school hustle is about to begin. 📚✏️

Before everyone jumps back into routines, appointments, practices, packed calendars, and “where did I put that permission slip?” mode… give yourself a little time to reset and re-root.

✨ ION Cleanse Special — $25 ✨

Sit back, put your feet up, slow down for a bit, and make your wellness part of the transition too.

Because back-to-school prep isn’t only about backpacks, supplies, and schedules.
Your body, mind, spirit could use a little preparation too. 🌿

Call us, Walk-in, or book online to grab your Ion Cleanse session before the school-year routine kicks into full gear!

Todays Rise Up Monday Challenge was:
Take the First Step Even if you don't feel ready.
Well Today I took that step, like I said earlier maybe you aren't going to actually be completely ready until you try. Some things that could be hold you back, you may only find the answers to once you move forward. :) Enjoy

Week 2: Rise Up Mondays
Rise Into Your Week

Sometimes we wait for confidence, clarity, or the perfect moment before taking that first step.👣

🤩Did you know that confidence is often created through action?
🌟Even if you don’t feel completely ready.
🌟Even if you still have questions.
🌟Even if you still feel nervous, uncertain, or afraid of getting it wrong.
Try taking the first step anyway.💫

You do not need to see the entire path to begin walking toward something better. All you have to do is start moving towards what you know you want.
What is one step you have been waiting to feel ready for?

Sometimes saying it out loud gives you the courage you need to start!
