Are you ready to be part of a reiki community? Join me at Sacred Space for a Reiki Community Circle. Be part of an intimate group of like minded folks as we embark on creating a community of love and connection 🤍

All levels of reiki certified folks are welcome. From the woman that learned 20 years ago to the woman who just learned last week...all are welcome 🙌🏻

Whether you have a reiki practice where you work with clients or only use reiki for self care....you are invited! No expectations. Come as you are and enjoy being in the loving, healing energy of reiki.

What to expect:

Opening circle/welcome everyone
A short guided meditation
Group reiki to gift and receive
Closing circle to ground before leaving

Teas, water and a small vegan/gf snack will be offered

This August I’m holding space for an intimate circle of just 4 women to step into Reiki Level One, not as a rigid curriculum, but as a deeply personal, embodied expression of your own spirituality 🤍

This is an 8 hour immersion dedicated to your self care, healing and learning the beautiful practice of reiki✨

Together we’ll learn the subtle, physical language of the nervous system. Use our hands as direct, somatic anchors for calm and restoration. Clear out stagnant energies and reclaim our energy.

Learn the history of reiki, the basics of the chakra system, how to practice being in the reiki energy for others, and self reiki.

And because true integration takes time, we’ll meet again within 8 weeks for a dedicated practice and review. This ensures you receive the support in helping you learn how to feel confident and comfortable as you weave this new practice into your daily life 🙌🏻

Have you ever had a challenging moment in life where you suddenly realize that you’re operating from an old belief? These moments can just sneak right up on us if we aren’t paying attention.

So let’s do a check in today…take some time and put a little focus on where in your life you might still be playing a role that doesn’t define you any longer. And make sure to check in and see where you are feeling empowered in your life and make sure to celebrate all the ways you’ve made it to this moment 💜

Totem Tuesday’s spirit animal: Opossum

As soon as I pulled this card I heard the message “Universe always has a back up plan for us”.

While we travel along in this life sometimes things don’t work out like we think they will. And often that can put us in a tailspin…and we can have all kinds of feelings about that!

Take a minute to think about a time in the past when you thought something was going to work out one way and it didn’t. But later, when the timing was right the exact thing you needed came along that worked out and was in even more of alignment for you.

Too often we can get stuck with an agenda about how things should be. The next time you’re ready to make a decision or a plan…take some time to listen closely to your inner compass. You’ll find clues as to what to do all around and within you. It may not be obvious at first, but by opening your eyes, ears, and senses you’ll find ways to approach the situation so that the outcome will be in alignment with your highest and great good.

And remember even if you find that decision leads you in a direction that you’re not sure is where you want to go….Universe always has a back up plan. Pause, breathe, listen and change course.

You have the power within you to make choices that meet you exactly where you are that lead you to the next beautiful spot on your life’s journey. Trust yourself, trust your heart and Universe.
