It's more about the process, the channel through, the path to open, the connection. This work is done from the center of the Heart Chakra, the place of ultimate neutrality. After the initial scan, there is no real set pattern or routine to the healing work. Each session is based on and guided by what your system is asking to be addressed. In some instances, the session may look and feel like a combination of a reading and an energetic healing. In some cases, however, your guides may just ask that the portal be opened so healing energy and information can be downloaded directly to you.
