Well sister, your body changes. That means your treatment plan should too. Stress, sleep, travel, busy schedules, and life in general can all impact how you're feeling, even if your HRT dose hasn't changed.

Sometimes a few small adjustments can make a big difference.

You know that afternoon slump where you feel like you hit a wall around 2-4pm?

Yeah, that probably isn't normal. Exhaustion, brain fog, zero motivation, and reaching for another cup of coffee just to make it through the day doesn't have to be your reality. Stress, poor recovery, hormone imbalances, thyroid issues, blood sugar swings, and even cortisol patterns can all play a role, and we have seen it time and time again.

For those who may be new here, welcome to Gen 3 IV Hydration & Wellness!

We wanted to re-introduce ourselves and share a little about who we are and why we do what we do.

Gen 3 was created with the goal of doing healthcare differently. We wanted to create a place where people felt comfortable, cared for, educated, and truly seen.

Over the years, we’ve grown into so much more than an IV clinic. We now help patients through functional medicine, hormone optimization, weight loss, wellness therapies, and more. Our goal is always to help people feel their best from the inside out.

But truly, the heart of "us" is our team.

Our women on our team care deeply about the people who walk through our doors. They spend time researching, innovating, troubleshooting cases together, celebrating patient wins, listening when people feel unheard, and work hard to help patients find answers instead of just masking symptoms. The level of care, compassion, and effort they pour into people every single day is something we will never stop being proud of.

What I can promise is that this team genuinely cares, and every single person here wants to make a real impact in the lives of others.

So for all of our new followers, here are a few little gems that show a bit of who we are 🤍

Some patients just stick with you 🤍

Watching Tammy walk through this journey has been really special for our team. From day one, she showed up, trusted the process, kept going even when things felt hard, and little by little… started becoming herself again.

Every time she comes in, she leaves our team feeling better too. She’s one of those people that brings positivity with her wherever she goes.

One of the biggest things she said throughout this process was how different this felt from everything else she had tried before. Not just because of the results, but because she finally felt supported, encouraged, and like people actually cared about helping her reach her goals long-term.

I mean, Rachelle!!

Rachelle is the person you want around when things go haywire. She is incredible at somehow just making thing work and keeping everything under control, even on the craziest days.

Our team absolutely adores her because she leads with strength and support. She’s jumps in wherever needed and always wants the best for both our staff and patients.

We are beyond thankful for everything she does for Gen 3 and for the people around her every single day 🤍

Lizzy is one of those people who is always creating, learning, and finding new ways to grow. Whether it’s picking up a new hobby or helping patients think outside the box when they feel stuck in their journey, she brings so much creativity and encouragement to our team.
