The goal of PMIHC is to find the functional cause of the pain and fix it, with adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitative exercises. If just the site of pain is addressed, then the pain goes away for awhile, but then will eventually come back if the cause of it is not fixed. Therefore, movement screens are done on each new patient that comes in to see what needs to be treated and which exercises need to be given.

Integrated Wellness Community Foundation 🏃‍♂️🫐🌱🏀🏐🏋🏼‍♀️🥇

It is a program that is going to accept grants and donations to be able provide free services to the community. These include sports physicals, musculoskeletal evaluations for workplace settings, economic, evaluations, nutritional counseling, research, and more.

It is our way to get back to the community and promote wellness, injury, prevention, and improved quality of life.

We're excited and more information like website and fundraising to come soon!

The Bonner Springs Braves stayed unbeaten Wednesday night, defeating Piper 78-62 to improve to 18-0 on the season. Sophomore Jaiden Jones led the way with 30 points and 10 rebounds, continuing his breakout campaign. Senior guard Nate Ferrell added 20 points, knocking down several clutch three-pointers down the stretch, while senior Kelan Gruver recorded a double-double with 17 points and 10 assists. Defense set the tone for the Braves, with junior guard Prince Donnell serving as the engine on that end of the floor. Ranked No. 3 in 5A, Bonner Springs won’t have much time to rest, as the Braves host No. 10-ranked 4A Ottawa in another tough matchup tonight.
