Michelle is the Founder and Executive Director of The Colette Louise Tisdahl Foundation, a national nonprofit inspired by her daughter Coletteā€™s short but deeply meaningful life. Through the foundation, Michelle has helped over 3,400 families across all 50 states who are navigating high-risk or complicated pregnancies, NICU stays, and lossā€”providing over $1.9 million in financial assistance to these families.

Itā€™s been a while since Iā€™ve introduced myself. Iā€™m Kristin Klipp, owner of Truth Lives Within. Iā€™m here to help you heal from the trauma you never knew you had.

So many of us have been going through the motions without realizing what traumas are running the show. You get everything you thought you wanted and youā€™re still unhappy. I was there too. I started listening to my intuition and realized I was striving for the wrong things. I started to follow what felt joyful and ignored the guilt that came with social obligation. I started to create safety in my life with every choice I made.

After 10 years of working with clients who felt lost and out of touch with their needs, I came to the conclusion that weā€™re all missing safety. When we feel safe in our bodies, we thrive. While Iā€™ve learned how to create safety for myself and my clients, Iā€™ve discovered that no single thing helps us heal. It takes multiple modalities to work with the mind, body, and soul. Connecting with others, humans and animals, can have a profound effect on our healing.

I strive to educate people on what trauma is, how it affects people, and how we can do better for ourselves and each other. I offer a range of supportive modalities, including yoga, energy work, and coaching.

When we find safety in our bodies, we create agency. This allows for a greater capacity to heal.
