Finally! Youth fitness sessions are starting! I have been doing this for six years and it’s definitely one of my favorite things to do. Specifically certified in Youth Fitness. I will help kids build confidence, stay healthy, learn healthy habits, get comfortable in a gym or continue staying in shape for those that already usually workout.
I do not care if your kid is NOT an athlete! If they aren’t in sports already or don’t normally workout - that is okay! I will help them learn to enjoy working out, get moving this summer and also be apart of a team. If your kid is already an athlete - great! They can come workout and continue to stay moving during the summer. I will be there to help with form, challenge each and every kid, help build confidence and will be making working out FUN for them!
Ages 8-14! This is a great age group that if we start these healthy habits now they will have a higher chance of keeping them into their young adult/adult lives.
Space will be limited as I have already gotten the word out and many have been reaching out. Sign up NOW! First workout starts June 18th. Tuesday and Thursdays will be the days we meet. One hour long where we will warm up, workout, stretch and talk at the end of every workout with a health/fitness topic!
