I couldn’t exercise with weights for 3 years…

And the hardest part?

Exercise was something I loved.

I knew my body was trying to tell me something, but the answers weren’t obvious.

Through research, advocating for myself, and finding the right support, I learned how much hormonal changes can impact the body—especially during perimenopause.

But women lose massive amounts of estrogen and other hormones during perimenopause and menopause—
and so many of us are left confused, exhausted, anxious, and wondering what’s wrong with us.
