Gifting was an important custom in Germanic tradition. Gifting was meant to honor both the giver and the recipient. The goal was for both to feel appreciated and honored. This elevation of both parties was rooted in the giver's genuine care and generosity and the recipient's kind appreciation.
We honor this tradition by preparing thoughtfully for our Newen Sound journeys.
The rune Gebu can also be interpreted as partnership. We value our partnerships with our sound journey friends and colleagues, and all the new wonderful people we've met in these journeys.
