→ Medicare patients: We bill Medicare directly. Standard copays apply. Small panel = more time with Meriem than a typical Medicare visit. Currently accepting new patients.

→ PPO patients: We provide a superbill so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. We partner with Reimbursify to file your claim for free.

→ No insurance: Our DPC membership is your best path. Starts at $59/mo.
