⚠️ GROUP CLASSES ARE BACK ⚠️
Beginning next Monday, MAY 18TH AT 6p, our THREE NEW group classes will be taught by our newest instructor Haylee 👇! Haylee has been teaching group classes for ~2 years and has taught across Clay County assisting many people with their fitness desires.
Here are the days and times her classes will begin and descriptions of those classes:
Metabolic Blast ⚡(M&W from 6-6:45p): A fun, high-energy workout that blends aerobic exercise with popular dance moves, getting your heart rate up through rhythmic steps to making fitness feel more like a party.
Peak Intensity HIIT/Pilates 🏋️♀️🏋️ (Wed. Only from 7-7:45p) : Full/mind-body exercise that involves repetitive movements to improve strength and flexibility used with or without light weights at your own pace.
Next Level Burn 🔥(Mon. Only from 7-7:45p): Low-impact cardio workout with rhythmic steps using a raised platform for stepping up and down. (TARGETS LOWER BODY) x2
All classes: Only $10/non member and just $5/member
