Where do I even begin? Holding onto the love, the light, the laughs, and the lessons that were shared this weekend. 4 days well spent immersed as one with nature. Holding space for each other to just be - free of expectation. Exploring the threads of what ties us all together. Altering our future selves by challenging our present selves to do difficult s**t. Releasing and letting go under the blue moon. Through the fears, through the unknown we all showed up anyways and learned that we’re really never alone in those doubts and that we don’t have to carry them alone. When we follow our hearts and surround ourselves with the right people and the right environment magic will unfold. I can tell you that first hand.
To witness this group dive deep in connection in such a short amount of time was such a blessing and an honor.
I owe the biggest thank you to each and every one of you that joined us this weekend and trusted in us wholeheartedly as we all navigated a lot of “firsts”. You all made it so easy for me to show up fully present as my authentic self. A mirror of your energy. We were all meant to share the experience together and I couldn’t have imagined it any other way. This truly was a dream come true. So much gratitude for you all 🙏🏻🫶🏼💜
To so damn proud of you and what we accomplished this weekend. You outdid yourself every step of the way and owned the s**t out of this moment that you’ve dreamt of for so long. Brought a smile to my face everytime seeing you in your true element. I couldn’t have dreamt up a better first retreat experience and that is a HUGE thanks to you. so honored to walk this path with you. 💜
And to our in-house chef and MVP of the weekend! I can’t thank you enough for cooking us the MOST delicious and nourishing meals. You went above and beyond with every. single. meal. Absolutely killed it chef!! Witnessing everyone gather around the table and savor your meals was a highlight of my weekend. We’re so grateful for you 🙏🏻
