Gotta love Doctors hopping on the peptide train to make a quick buck. At least if you’re going to charge someone crazy money for something that may or may not work (and is also still 100% considered a “research chemical”) give it to them in a form that your body can actually…y’know…metabolize.

Slow and steady wins the (fat loss) race!

Unless you’re on PEDs you will absolutely lose muscle if you go into an extreme caloric deficit (greater than 1% bodyweight lost per week). I always advise people to aim for between 0.5 and 1 lb of weight lost per week.

It will feel slow - much more slow than you would prefer - but just remember than every pound of muscle kept is another pound of muscle you don’t have to regain!

Systems and accountability best motivation 100% of the time.

On the basic level, an AI or LLM certainly can do the same things I can from an information perspective.

If a person wants to learn what exercises to do or what training split they could try, those are amazing options!

Unfortunately, these options help with the conceptualization of fitness but not the ex*****on.

Think of AI as the “idea guy” in a business who is great at dreaming big, but never helps you actually get to the final product.

It’s a fun thing to theorize, speculate, and imagine. It’s another thing entirely to actually get out there and do what you’re dreaming up.

Human beings like me help human beings like you implement systems to get your dreams to become real. Don’t sell yourself short using a cookie cutter program or AI to coach you.
