It’s awesome being part of a world-wide movement to help people grow stronger, more resilient, and more confident in their own bodies!

People find it hard to believe that something so simple can be so effective, but there are now 1000s of people around the world effectively re-conditioning their skeletal systems & improving bone density & strength without the use of pharmaceuticals. BMD Improvement Alert!
We are overjoyed and celebrating our member, Maureen, who had a significant all-around increase in her BMD as of her last DXA scan at the end of 2025!

Lumbar Spine increased from -4.3 to -2.6!
Left Femoral Neck increased from -3.3 to -2.9!
And Left Total Hip increased from -3.1 to -2.4! (No longer in the osteoporotic range!)

These are tremendous increases and many people often ask what the individual is doing. She has been a member of OsteoStrong since September 2024. We specialize in skeletal strengthening, utilizing a system that allows individuals to safely achieve a very high level of “weight bearing” or “loading” in order to trigger new bone tissue growth. This can improve both the density and the strength/ structural integrity of the bone, and has the greatest impact on new trabecular bone growth. Utilizing a slow start protocol, this member began loading just under 1x her body weight through her spine, and is now loading just under 2.5x her body weight. And through her hips/ lower kinetic chain went from loading 1.5x her body weight to 4.3x!

She is also currently taking a bisphosphonate under her physician’s guidance. bisphosphonates work to slow down the process of bone resorption (or shedding), slowing the bone turnover process to help stabilize bone loss.

OsteoStrong is effective to strengthen the musculoskeletal system whether an individual is currently taking a bone pharmaceutical or not. Individual results vary based on load bearing, nutrition, and nutrient absorption. We encourage all individuals to work closely with their medical professionals to ensure they have proper nutrient levels and absorption.
