This is one of my favorite digestive support products, Okra Pepsin E3, here's why.

Our small intestines have small, finger like projections called villi. Their job is to absorb nutrients (vitamins, minerals, etc) and put them into our bloodstream.

Over time our villi can either be worn down (gluten, I'm looking at you) or become clogged with mucus (gluten, I'm looking at you again). The pepsin in this product sticks to the mucus, breaks it down and destabilizes it, and then you pass it when you go to the bathroom. Gross? Yes. Effective? Also yes.
