We eat for loads of reasons; hunger, habit, boredom, stress . . .

Next time you find yourself heading for the fridge or pantry, ask:
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Am I actually hungry?
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Or do I just need a break, a breather, a brain reset?

βœ”οΈ If it IS true hunger, have a bari-friendly snack.

❌ If it is not true hunger, try something else first - a quick walk, a cuppa, a scroll or just doing nothing for a minute.

And yes, sometimes we eat for fun, that is totally fine too

Just check in and decide, will this actually make me feel good?
