A text from a customer today. Several months ago she came to me as a referral from another Fascia Release client. When she first walked through my door, she was skeptically hopeful. Years of pain, severe injuries, and disappointment had left her believing that living pain free without drugs or surgery might never happen.
I simply told her, “Try it. Let’s see what happens. And if we get a change in the first session… commit to the process.”
Well… we got change. And SHE committed. 👏
She was an absolute dream to work with. She booked four sessions, stayed consistent, and most importantly… she did the “homework” I coached her to do on her own at home. That matters. Healing is teamwork. 👈

10 minutes. That’s all it took. 🙌
After working 💪 hard yesterday, my first instinct was to just chill… but I knew my body needed more. So I grabbed my foam roller, got on my mat, and gave myself 10 minutes of fascia release.
Game. Changer.
