Had the opportunity and privilege to take a leisurely walk with a dear lifelong/ mentor friend this morning. Was so nice to catch up and spend time together ….. As we’re walking she mentions, “ I really enjoy your “coaching posts” each day, they speak “ truth”…. But…. “ the friendship ones …. I hope they are not about me…” 😳
I thanked her then told her, “Absolutely not!! Not about you or anyone else “!
Therefore this particular post! ‼️. To be clear, none of my posts are aimed or targeted towards anyone- not one!…. now some may cause me to think of someone or more often myself, but …. No, these posts are not “secret messages “ or attempts to influence or educate a particular person . 😊
But let me end with this thought…. IF one speaks to you, think on it and consider a change…. A change in thought, action or attitude stimulates growth … A GREAT life is about growth and change !🤗
My goal for Dailey Coaching is to encourage, support & share knowledge so that we can all strive to live healthy lives- emotionally, mentally, relationally, spiritually and physically!
I appreciate your support, encouragement and friendship! ❤️
Always,
