HerResolve™ clinical validation data presented at ENDO 2026 and published in the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology further support our mission to advance an accessible diagnostic tool that may help address the longstanding challenge of delayed endometriosis diagnosis.

Key findings from a validation study involving 298 women of reproductive age include:

• Accuracy: 94.4%
• Sensitivity: 80%
• Specificity: 97.5%

Importantly, HerResolve™ identified 61.5% of histologically confirmed endometriosis cases that were missed by transvaginal ultrasound and/or MRI, highlighting its potential role as part of a multimodal diagnostic approach.

We are honored to share an important clinical milestone for HerAnova Lifesciences.

On May 31, 2026, China's first healthy baby conceived using HerCAPA™ (CAPA-IVM) technology was safely born in Chengdu in collaboration with Sichuan Jinxin Xinan Women's and Children's Hospital in China.

This achievement represents an important step in the ongoing clinical evaluation of next-generation, low-burden assisted reproductive technologies and reflects the collaborative efforts of clinicians, researchers, patients, and our global team.

HerCAPA™ is a hormone-free in vitro oocyte maturation technology originally developed by Lavima Fertility (Belgium) and designed to help women conceive without the extensive hormonal stimulation typically associated with conventional IVF. HerAnova is the exclusive partner of Lavima Fertility for the development of this technology in Greater China.

From first patient enrolled in August 2025, to first clinical pregnancy in September 2025, to a healthy live birth in May 2026 this milestone reflects the clinical promise of a more patient-friendly approach to assisted reproduction.

Alongside HerResolve™ our noninvasive blood test for endometriosis, HerCAPA™ reflects HerAnova's commitment to building better options for women at every stage of their reproductive health journey.

At 41, one patient was preparing to move forward with embryo transfer, but with unexplained infertility and no definitive evidence of disease, timing was a priority. Given subtle signs that endometriosis might be a contributing factor, her physician incorporated HerResolve™ as part of a broader clinical evaluation before proceeding.

That additional molecular insight contributed to a broader conversation about timing and care planning prior to transfer, taking into account if endometriosis is detected. For patients in this situation, additional insight may help inform important fertility care decisions.
