🧠 Know the Signs of a Stroke — Act FAST 🧠

A stroke can happen to anyone, at any age, and every second counts. Knowing the warning signs could save a life.

Remember the acronym FAST:

🔹 F – Face Drooping: Does one side of the face droop or feel numb?
🔹 A – Arm Weakness: Is one arm weak or numb?
🔹 S – Speech Difficulty: Is speech slurred or hard to understand?
🔹 T – Time to Call 911: If you notice any of these signs, call 911 immediately.

Other symptoms may include sudden confusion, severe headache, dizziness, trouble walking, or vision changes.

🕷️ May is Lyme Disease Awareness Month 🕷️

We are seeing an increase in ticks in our area, making it more important than ever to protect yourself and your family while enjoying the outdoors. Lyme disease is spread through tick bites and early detection is key.

✔️ Wear long sleeves and pants in wooded or grassy areas
✔️ Use EPA-approved insect repellent
✔️ Check yourself, children, and pets for ticks after being outside
✔️ Remove ticks promptly and properly

Common symptoms of Lyme disease may include:
• Fever
• Fatigue
• Headache
• Muscle or joint aches
• A bullseye-shaped rash

If you notice symptoms after a tick bite, don’t wait to seek care. Our team is here to help keep you and your family healthy this season. 🌿
