As fireworks light up the sky and families come together, we hope you’ll also take a moment to care for something just as important… your heart and your mind.

True freedom isn’t only found in the place we live. Sometimes it’s found in the moment we choose healing over silence, hope over fear, and support over struggling alone.

🥼Conoce a tu Provider

❤️‍🩹Hay heridas que nadie puede ver. Heridas que no aparecen en una radiografía. Que no dejan cicatrices en la piel. Pero que siguen acompañándonos años después. A veces se manifiestan como ansiedad. Como miedo constante. Como dificultad para confiar. Como esa sensación de estar siempre alerta, incluso cuando ya no existe ningún peligro.

Y lo más difícil de todo es que muchas personas aprenden a vivir así. Convencidas de que sentirse agotadas emocionalmente es normal. De que cargar con el pasado es simplemente parte de la vida.

🚫Pero no tiene que ser así.

✨Por eso hoy queremos presentarte a Lisandra Alexandriny, PMHNP.

Lisandra trabaja con personas que han atravesado experiencias difíciles y que están listas para recuperar algo que quizá llevan demasiado tiempo buscando: ✨ Paz. ✨ Seguridad. ✨ Confianza en sí mismas.

Su enfoque va mucho más allá de un diagnóstico. Ella entiende que detrás de cada síntoma existe una historia. Una historia que merece ser escuchada con empatía, sin juicios y con el respeto que cada persona merece.

🚨¿Esto te resulta familiar?

Te sientas en la misma mesa con las personas que amas y, aun así, sientes que hay una pared invisible separándote de ellas.
Escuchas las risas de tus hijos, de tu pareja, de tus amigos. Sabes que deberías sentir felicidad. Sabes que deberías disfrutar el momento, pero algo dentro de ti apaga los colores y lo peor es que muchas veces nadie lo nota. Porque sigues trabajando. Sigues cuidando de los demás. Sigues sonriendo cuando te toman una foto. Sigues respondiendo: “Estoy bien.”
Hasta que un día te das cuenta de que llevas demasiado tiempo sobreviviendo en silencio.
