Ebb and Flow Bodywork My practice is rooted in the belief that healing happens when body, mind, and spirit are addressed together.

I’m Aubree, a massage therapist, doula, and wellness practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting people in reconnecting with their bodies and living with greater ease. I hold a Mind-Body Wellness degree from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, where I focused on massage therapy, nutrition, yoga, and therapeutic modalities such as EFT and hypnotherapy. I bring a unique blend of te

chnical skill and intuitive care, weaving modalities like deep tissue, Thai, lymphatic work, breathwork, and movement into each session. As a doula, I offer compassionate, knowledgeable guidance for mothers-to-be, drawing on my background in massage and pranayama to create comfort and confidence throughout pregnancy and birth. Clients often describe my work as both grounding and transformative — an experience that not only eases physical tension but also restores clarity and balance. My greatest joy is holding space for people to feel cared for, empowered, and fully at home in themselves.
