Start with repetition, not perfection. Colbie is starting her 2 week intensive strong! One of Colbis goals include coordination of movement due to some dystonia. Some ways to tackle this goal is by targeting cerebellum work, targeting proximal over distal muscle strengthening, meeting sensory needs, take away/reduce compensating muscle groups, and repetition. Love love watching Colbie progress with the same exercise in one day! We cannot wait to see what she accomplishes in the next 2 weeks 🎉🐝🐝
