Another good day at the chapter meeting!

Wise activity: Portion control
Many of us worked with the Mediterranean Diet over the past week and were met with positive results. Many small weight losses, which is, whether we like it or not, the actual way to lose weight. Too fast and it quickly comes back! Slow means we’re doing it right and, hopefully for good!
Also note the different names each week. This indicates the entire chapter is working it…not just a chosen few. We remind ourselves…WE’RE IN THIS TOGETHER AND TOGETHER WE WILL WIN! 🥇
