I-REACH 2 is the place for real, day-to-day life experiences, increased independence, and progressive supports for adults with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Everyone knows there’s no substitute for hard work, and we have a core focus on facilitating employment and volunteer opportunities as a gateway to independence and individual purpose for everyone who we support. We have been providing premier services that promote quality of life, independence, and ability in Natrona County since 1999. In 2018 the Ralph Ballard Academy was developed to further expand our mission. Our mission is to provide high quality, innovative, individualized, therapeutic services to adults with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. OUR PHILOSOPHY IS TO TAILOR A PROGRAM OF SUPPORT THAT ALLOWS EACH INDIVIDUAL WE SUPPORT TO REACH THEIR HIGHEST AND FULLEST POTENTIAL.

Michael’s career at Pizza Hut highlights the profound impact of inclusive hiring. While long-term career opportunities for individuals with disabilities were once rare, partners like Pizza Hut have changed the landscape. For Michael, the job is all about connection: “I like being part of something. I like being part of the team, which shows me I’m part of something bigger than myself.” His 20-plus-year tenure is a brilliant example of why expanding workplace access is essential.

Tawnie handles a variety of important responsibilities at Pizza Ranch with ease; she keeps the dining area, drink station, and the Fun Zone arcade looking flawless and ready to go before the busy afternoon rush. Pizza Ranch has done a wonderful job supporting Tawnie's natural eagerness to learn over the last 10 years, helping her build incredible confidence in the workplace!

Last week, IR2 delivered Eileen's Colossal Cookies to our wonderful employment partners in celebration of Disability Employment Awareness Month. This small gesture was our way of thanking them for their ongoing commitment to championing inclusive employment for individuals with disabilities. We are incredibly grateful for the partnership of Menards, Rescued Treasures Thrift Store, Casper Country Club, Pizza Ranch, Henry Bros. LLC, Daves Darts n Billards and Pizza Hut.

Davy has found both purpose and community at the Casper Country Club in his eight years of employment. Beyond his regular duties, the club's staff has supported his personal growth by teaching him practical skills like cooking and driving golf carts. This long-term career is a perfect example of how a supportive workspace can help an individual with disabilities build lasting workplace independence.
