Honestly, there are some things that chiropractors do that I find overrated. Are they sometimes necessary? Yes. But not all the time.
If youβre looking for a chiro that is going to be real with you, you found your girl! ππΌββοΈ

Do x-rays give information? YES. But they are not needed unless clinically necessary. (If you suspect a fracture or malformation)
In chiropractic school, weβre taught to feel with our hands & use our diagnostic skills.
Somehow we got away from that and some chiros will X-ray everyone that walks through their door.
I am not a fortune teller. (I wish I was, that sounds pretty cool)
So I canβt tell you what your care is going to look like in 6 months, let alone a year.
What I can do is give you a good estimate for the next month and re-evaluate.
Good posture is important. But you know whatβs more important? Not staying in 1 position for hours at a time.
Perfect posture means nothing to me if itβs causing you more pain or youβre sitting in it for hours on end.
Move your body often and youβll fell better.
Itβs not. Plain and simple.
Ok, trying to max out without warming up isnβt great.
But the lifting itself? Itβs only going to help you as you get older.
I love chiropractic adjustments. It can fix a lot of musculoskeletal issues. But you know what itβs not going to fix? A bacterial infection. Will a better functioning nervous system help you fight off the infection better? Absolutely. But sometimes meds and surgery are needed too.
Co-managing is important. So is staying in your lane!
