Yup. Kratom is a big deal.

Drug supply alert: Cychlorphine (sye-KLOR-feen)
Cychlorphine is an emerging synthetic opioid showing up in the U.S. drug supply. It’s highly potent, has been found in co***ne, methamphetamine and counterfeit pills, and fentanyl test strips do not detect it.
The drug supply is unpredictable. Reduce your risk: carry naloxone, don’t use alone, start with less and go slow. If you suspect an overdose, call 911 and give naloxone—more than one dose may be needed.
