The world has been shifting to make us believe that in order to feel our best we need more stuff… more gadgets, more protein, more subscriptions, more information or education, etc.
But what if what we actually needed more of didn’t cost us anything and couldn’t be bought online.
What if the secret was actually just more sunlight ☀️, more movement (not necessarily in the gym, but a walk, gardening or dancing), more sleep, more breaths, more connection (face-to-face), more rest… and a little less of everything else?
I’m not going to say that I don’t dream about getting a Peloton or a sauna, and I do strongly believe that the classes and services I offer help…. But I hate that we are always being told that we need to look outside of ourselves in order to feel our best.
