The sun didn’t suddenly become dangerous.
Your beliefs about it did.

A new client came into our clinic today after being told to take GOLI pre + post probiotics by their dermatologist.

On the surface?
Sounds “healthy.” Sounds “gut supportive.” Sounds like it should help acne.

Va**ng & Acne: What You Need to Know

If your acne won’t clear—even when you’re doing everything right—va**ng could be the reason.

I see this more and more. Clients are following their routine perfectly, but their skin stays congested or starts going backwards.

Va**ng quietly interferes with acne healing.

Va**ng affects the skin in several ways that make breakouts harder to clear:

• Reduced oxygen to the skin – Va**ng constricts blood vessels, slowing skin renewal and leaving the skin dull and congested.
• Increased keratin buildup – Dead skin cells build up inside the pore, creating harder, deeper comedones that are difficult to clear.
