Living in pain is exhausting.

When someone comes into our office dealing with sciatica and facing the possibility of surgery, our goal is pretty simple: listen, figure out what may be contributing to the problem, and see if conservative care is an appropriate option.

We’re incredibly thankful when patients are willing to share their experience—and even happier when they’re able to get back to doing the things they love.

So…what does a chiropractor do when HIS back hurts? 😂

The truth is, I deal with back pain too—and over the years I’ve learned not to panic every time my back flares up.

I try to keep moving.
I modify what bothers me.
I go back to the basics that I know work.
And I gradually build my way back.

And yes…sometimes the chiropractor needs to get adjusted too. 😉

Keep moving when appropriate, make smart modifications, and if you’re not improving or aren’t sure what to do, get it checked out.
