Peace in, peace out.Everything happening in the world is happening to pull you out of yourself. Say out loud that you’re sending unconditional love and golden light to everyone and everything (that upsets you) instead of drowning in sorrow, fear, worry, anger and rage. It actually helps the Earth and humanity, instead of feeding the low vibrational monster and making it worse. I had to pull myself back in multiple times lately and do this. We forget that there’s power in numbers!! Xoxoxoxo✌️✨✌️✨✌️✨✌️✨

I originally got my own set of bowls while getting my yoga instructor certification in 2021, so I could heal my stuttering. It didn’t heal it. 😆 However, what they did was begin to pull out heavy energy from trauma, emotional baggage, grief, stagnant energy, low vibrations, transmuted and ssh’d my fear of stuttering and socializing. The fear was shrinking. Which increased my confidence. I eventually started hosting public sound baths at parks, and I was so scared. Didn’t care. Because I wanted to help humanity after being divided from covid, and that was stronger than my fear of talking and being seen. The throat chakra is related to communication and the root chakra is related to feeling safe in this physical world. 🌎 We can shift ourselves and heal ourselves. My story is way longer and deeper. If you want to begin shifting yourself, maybe go to a sound bath or get your own bowl, or set of bowls. I highly recommend this to anyone who is craving something new and wants healing.
