"Only improvement would have been to let me return the "NITRO" at my cost plus restocking it. I did not find any info on the return policy before sending the box to recycling. But waiting a month was ridiculous on my part. I hope to find someone to want the Nitro, it is way too cumbersome and doesn't meet my need like the trusty "drive" does. Now I have one to leave in my car and the new one will be at home. This will help during.." says Char
