But even the best formulas, like the Mifflin-St Jeor Equation, are only estimates.

🤯For most people, they can be off by 10%… and sometimes 20%+.

That’s the difference between:
“Why isn’t this working?”
and
“This is actually working, we just need to adjust.”

Because your body isn’t a calculator.

It’s influenced by:
