There’s something so special about this time of year—longer days, fresh air, and the chance to slow down and enjoy simple things… like stopping at a local stand.

Eating local isn’t just a trend—it’s a way to nourish your body and support your . Local and are often fresher and more flavorful because they’re harvested at peak ripeness and don’t travel far to get to you. That means better taste, better quality, and less time sitting in storage.

Happy Summer!

Summer has always been a season where I find so much joy—longer days, time with family and friends, and a little more space to slow down and enjoy life. But it’s also a season that can bring a lot of reflection for many of us.

I’ve noticed that for a lot of people, summer can be a tricky time for gut health. Between cookouts, vacations, travel days, and being on the go more often, our routines shift—and our bodies often feel it. This month, we’re going to take a closer look at gut health and focus on simple, supportive ways to care for ourselves, including probiotics, fiber, gut regulation, and incorporating fresh, nourishing foods. I’ll also be sharing recipes and easy ideas you can actually use in real life, not just save and forget.

As we move closer to Father’s Day, we’ll also shift into men’s health and take a deeper look at testosterone health, what it can look like when things feel off, and how simple testing—like a saliva test—can help provide more clarity and direction.

I’m really looking forward to sharing this summer journey with you all. Here’s to a season of learning, growth, and feeling our best from the inside out. ☀️
