As a professional in the mental health field and the minisitry field, I often find that people struggle most with themself.

I have had a personal mantra for a while. I wrote it when I used to struggle with myself long ago. I wish that others would adopt it, because I know they would make breakneck progress and triumph far sooner if they did.
