Most schools offer a weights class.

At The Nest, we’re focused on developing complete athletes.

Athletes will learn proper sprint mechanics, speed development, agility, change of direction, resistance training, plyometrics, and lifting technique in an environment designed to build long-term athleticism.

This isn’t about simply getting a workout. It’s about helping athletes move better, perform better, and build a foundation for future success in sport.

Ages 5th grade-8th grade girls and boys
-kids will get a golf hat with The Nest logo on the side

-Tuesday play dates will be similar to PGA tour, each week the kids will play a different tournament (cumulative points win the FedEx Cup) play dates will be managed by Aiden Lynch, collegiate golfer

-Fridays will be instructional play only, working on skill development with Irv Schueller the Andale HS golf coach.

-This program is designed to develop the kids golf game while they get an opportunity to play at Cherry Oaks Golf Course.

Costs:
$200 for Non-Members
$150 for Members
$125 for Tuesdays play only option

πŸ‹focus on speed development, resistance training, plyometrics, and agility
πŸ‹this is not your typical "weights class." we will focus on development, proper lifting mechanics, sprinting form, and quick/change of direction movements.
