Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator at Dermacare of Hampton Roads that offers a competitive hourly wage with a team based bonus. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will be responsible for: delivering concierge level of customer service, running a busy front desk while multitasking with various day-to-day tasks including appointment scheduling, fielding and converting calls and emails into consultations, organization of patient information and administration support to all of our providers. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service during their visit.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Solid computer skills
Appointment scheduling and care coordination skills
Strong phone etiquette
Must be able to work Monday-Friday, and one Saturday every month (7:30am-12:30pm)
Experience in the skincare or medical field is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
