As the social media manager, I’d like to clarify that I am simply here to document the workplace.

Did I choose the middle of lunch rush to conduct an interview? Yes.
Were they clearly busy doing their actual jobs? Yes.

Reasons to follow us. Reasons to unfollow us. Really depends on how you feel about premium matcha, house-made nut and oat milks, gluten-free food, ingredient transparency, and employees who occasionally forget they’re at work and start dancing.

We take our matcha seriously. We make an unreasonable amount of things from scratch. We talk about ingredients… a lot. And yes, sometimes we will educate you when you were simply trying to scroll Instagram in peace.

✌️But that’s kind of the whole point of The Tea Spout.

We’re a locally owned café in Chesterfield, Missouri serving breakfast, lunch, organic coffee, premium matcha, loose-leaf tea, gluten-free options, dairy-free options, and food made with ingredients we actually want to tell you about.

Sometimes you get so caught up in the day-to-day of running a small business that you forget to look around and realize… we’ve been doing this for THREE YEARS.

And we couldn’t have done any of it without you.

Every coffee run. Every matcha. Every lunch with a friend. Every time you’ve brought someone new in. Every post you’ve shared. Every person who has told someone, “You HAVE to try The Tea Spout.” It all matters more than you probably realize.
