Some reflections post 35th 🤍

I feel so blessed to be where I’m at now, but it doesn’t take away from how hard it was to rebuild so many areas of my life in this decade! Your 30s have a way of making it feel like you’re constantly chasing milestones and you’re behind if you don’t meet them “in time” or your life doesn’t unfold like so many others around you. It’s so easy to feel the pressure and feel behind (it’s so real!) but more importantly, there’s so much beauty in letting your timeline unfold in a way that’s perfect only for you 🙏🏼 lots more in the post on this !! 35 💐🍸🎂

You guys when I tell you I had so many emotions yesterday, I mean it ! Happy/sad tears were shed…I might’ve scared Jeff🥲 haha jk. In all seriousness, I just feel like this is the first year in quite some time that I have so many beautiful things happening to me and for me, and I have more certainty and serenity than I’ve had in a while. I have such a big year ahead of me and I’m so excited and grateful 🙏🏼 but at the same time, the past few years of built up feelings about everything I’ve been through just came to a head - feelings of still being behind, some fear of getting older, of people I love getting older too. It’s hard to describe in a tiny Instagram paragraph but I wanted to share just a snippet of this because it’s always important for me to be real with you guys 💕

Going to share more in Substack soon if you want to catch more of the full picture there 🥰 but for now, I’ll leave ya with this! So ready for this next chapter of my story. Feeling blessed for all that I have and all that’s to come 🙏🏼 thx for being here for the ride!

Ok honestly, did we ever think I’d be in bridal white?! Kiddingggg🥲 but wearing it for the first time in a room full of people I love more than anything, with my handsome fiancé, celebrating our engagement was one of the most beautiful, special evenings of my life so far ♥️ heart is so full of gratitude. Hope you can feel the love through the screen bc I want a little dose of that magic going out to every single one of you 😘
