I told him we could do anything he wants today and all he wants is to stay home, play go fish and watch movies together 😭♥️

Motherhood is truly the wildest, most beautiful ride, and I feel beyond blessed that I get to go through this life with this incredible soul. Watching him grow is the greatest privilege, even when I wish I could slow down time just a little..

Thank you all for loving him and being part of his world, too. It means more than you know. ♥️

Had the best time at the Tinder x Three Cities Social Club event today! 🔥🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️🎴

I loved getting to bring a little bit of everything I do with Love Enlight Wellness to the experience- guiding yin yoga, leading a sound bath, and connecting with people through oracle readings. 🥹✨

There’s something so special about creating experiences that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and strengthen our sense of community.

Feeling so grateful to do what I love and share these practices with others ♥️

A little reminder from the natural world that transformation is a process 🌿

We can learn from what has shaped us, tend to the parts of ourselves that are still healing, and make space for new beginnings without rushing ourselves through the in-between.

Not every ending needs to be feared. Not every wound needs to be hidden. And not every new beginning requires us to have it all figured out.

Sometimes, growth looks like getting honest with ourselves about what we’re ready to release, what needs our attention, and what we’re finally ready to welcome in.

A little reminder to honor where you’ve been, give yourself grace for where you are, and stay open to who you’re becoming. ✨
