Today is the anniversary of the day my sweet brother, Paul-Michael, passed away ❤️‍🩹

Losing someone can be so disorienting. My big brother is physically gone but somehow the world keeps going- the sun still rises, the rain still falls, the birds still sing... It is both beautiful and heartwrenching at the same time 🥺

I miss him every day but today I’m letting myself miss him a little louder, a little messier. Today that looked like crying on the couch wrapped up in his old blanket and eating a chocolate mousse cake for breakfast 😂

Losing my brother is what brought me to yoga, to this incredible journey of exploring the mind-body connection and helping others feel more connected to themselves, each other, and the magic in this beautiful life we get to live 🫶🏼

If you’re feeling any heartache from loss today, you’re not alone and I’m here for you.
