Thanks to a generous grant from The Service Club of Chicago, several Envision Unlimited community homes will soon be blooming with new raised bed gardens!

These gardens offer our members meaningful opportunities to grow herbs, vegetables and flowers while fostering greater independence, confidence and connection with nature. 🍅💐

Thank you, Service Club of Chicago, for helping us create more inclusive, enriching experiences for people with disabilities and mental health challenges! ✨ Our Garden Coordinator Catherine Woods and member Mercedes had a great time at the reception!

It’s graduation season, and we’re excited to celebrate the newest graduates of our Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) program! 🎓 These inspiring individuals, who bring their own lived experience of mental health and/or substance use recovery, are now certified and ready to provide compassionate peer-to-peer support in community mental health centers, hospitals and treatment facilities.

Our program aims to strengthen local mental health resources for people experiencing serious mental illness. We’re so proud of our graduates! Join us in congratulating them as they begin making a difference in our communities! 👏🎉
