Annual doTERRA Convention is about SO much more than essential oils. 🌿

Yes, I geek out over the latest science, research + development in natural medicine. I love learning directly from experts and leaders in the industry, diving deeper into the chemistry of essential oils, and seeing where the future of natural health is headed.

I love learning new ways to grow, lead, serve different markets, and create a bigger impact. 🩷💪

But more than anything, I love the PEOPLE.

A lot can happen in a decade ✨⚡️

I was going to a pool party for the 4th of July with the most gorgeous 20/30 year olds (some 40s that look 20) from Vibe House Pilates so all the body image insecurities come up and it had me reflecting. (Even the most confident people, like me, still have some body issues and that needs to be talked about more)

I came across this image from 10 years ago and I realized how much I’ve grown up! Most importantly in accepting myself just as I am. Thanks icloud for pulling this one up 😂 soo random

I’m honestly very proud of myself. Some people might say that 15lbs is nothing, but for me it is a big change as I’ve been relatively the same size for years. I’ve never intentionally gained weight before as society tells us to be smaller and be concerned with the number on the scale. There is a certain “aesthetic as a yoga teacher” that I thought I should be.

As I just turned 40 my priories have shifted from appearance to longevity. My goal is to increase muscle mass and body fat % for hormone balance and metabolic function/flexibility and it’s working!

So for anyone out there that is worried about what you look like at a pool party this summer, remember you are hot af just as you are weather you have lost weight or gained weight ✨ and that you are much more than what you look like in a swimsuit.

And if you have been neglecting some habits for your health here is a great reminder to love yourself more and get on track. For some people that looks like eating more, for some people that looks like eating less, but both need proper nutrition, hydration, and supplementation, movement, sunlight and an occasional detox to feel their best. And I love teaching all about these things!

Happy 250th 🇺🇸 USA! You are far from perfect but I love you anyway!

Thank you for all the opportunities and the amazing melting pot of people that make this country so great. I’m thankful I get to visit so many other incredible countries unrestricted. Somehow whenever I leave, in the end, I’m always thankful to come home to the conveniences and liberties we have. I’m thankful I can talk s**t about you when you are doing something I don’t like and how our history is so messed up.

When I celebrate the 4th, this is what I’m celebrating and I hope you are too. It doesn’t matter if you are left, right, white, black, gay, straight, big, small, or whatever, at the end of the day we are all still 🇺🇸 together.

We had an epic weekend celebrating at the Vibe House Pilates pool party and then we ended up lighting off a crap ton fireworks because .

Jim son is almost 14 so… 💥

I love what I do! 💕 I love people!

I graduated from college in the 2008 crisis when no one was hiring so I decided to wait on getting a “real job”

In 2010 I decided to become a yoga teacher and quickly grew a six figure business in Miami based on private lessons and training other teachers how to teach private lessons.

I hit my upper limit and realized I couldn’t make the impact I wanted to by spending my time teaching 6 fitness classes a day. I wanted to truly change people’s lives and give them the tools and confidence to take charge of their health without being dependent on me and my time.

I have been working with doterra for over 9 years as an integral part of my holistic coaching and wellness business. It is our trusted household brand name.

At first I was skeptical because I had never worked in direct sales and through it was a pyramid scheme. I had some bad experiences with mlm in the past so I really had to do my due diligence. I didn’t want to host weird party’s or “hey girl” my friends. Not cool.

After meeting the founders, understanding the mission of the company (to provide hope and healing) and learning their model of co-impact sourcing, I realized I had found a brand I could partner with.

As time went on, I stated to transform my community with Holsitic wellness via doterra. Some of my colleagues in wellness started to partner as well. Now we are a team working together. We have impacted more than 20k homes with natural solutions and are just getting started!

There is nothing more satisfying than to see your friends succeed in their health ✨ and reach their financial goals! 🙌

Most of the time behind the scenes I’m actually coaching other wellness professionals on how to integrate a product into their business and start to create residual income instead of trading time for money. 💰
