That’s why Reiki Master and I are coming together for a special Summer Solstice Reiki + Sound Bath on June 19th, 6pm CST

✨ Two complementary modalities. One intention: a balm to the nervous system, a reset to soften, release, and rebalance.

Sound meditation uses vibration and frequency to invite relaxation, presence, and ease. Reiki offers gentle energetic support to help release what you’ve been carrying and restore balance.

Together, they create a deeply restorative experience, and yes, they work beautifully virtually.

All you need is a comfortable place to rest, a pair of headphones, and an openness to receive.
